About 25 minutes after the Highland High School Class of 2019 processed out onto the football field to the traditional ‘Pomp and Circumstance,’ and the Concert Choir had the chance to sing the ‘Star Spangled Banner,’ the skies quickly began to darken, forcing everyone to take shelter in the High School.
